The Heritage
House LiliAna was created by merging two historic stone houses and a former barn, which we thoughtfully restored in 2024 while preserving their original character. We are Vedran and Zorislav, and combining our backgrounds in communications and architecture, we created a comfortable space that reflects what we believe to be the true essence of Istria.
Named as a tribute to our mothers, Lili and Ana, the house carries a warm sense of home, curiosity, and genuine hospitality.
Craftsmanship & Materials
Restored stone walls paired with aged wooden beams, handcrafted terracotta tile floors, and curated works by local artists.
The Courtyard (Korta)
A traditional Istrian courtyard covered in rizla (crushed stone), shaded by an ancient vine canopy (ruza) and surrounded by native Mediterranean greenery.
Authentic Village Life
Located in the quiet, peaceful village of Foli, offering an authentic escape while remaining just a short drive from Svetvinčenat, Rovinj, and Pula.
